Terms & Conditions
Deposit Requirements for:
- Non-Peak Bookings we do not require a deposit at booking time.
- Peak Bookings we require a $500 deposit for cabins & $200 for sites at the time of booking.
- For bookings NOT made through the BIG4 website, our website or direct by phone will require 100% upfront payment.
Payment of Balance for:
- Non-Peak Bookings, balance of Accommodation must be paid 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival.
- Peak Bookings, we require payment in full 28 days prior to arrival.
- For Non-Peak Bookings you may cancel 72 hours prior to arrival. Any deposit on stay paid will be held as a credit on a future stay. Credits will be valid for redemption 18 months. Cancellations within 72 hours and you will forfeit your deposit and monies paid.
- For Peak Bookings you may cancel 28 days prior to arrival. Any deposit on stay paid will be held as a credit on a future stay. Credits will be valid for redemption within 18 months. Cancellations within 28 days and you will forfeit your deposit and monies paid.
- If we choose or are required to cancel your booking due to Government directives, recommendations, announcements or for operational reasons for community safety, you will be offered a 100% credit for 18 months after the cancellation date.
- Refunds are offered solely at our discretion and will included an administration fee of $40 and payable by direct deposit into a nominated bank account.
- For bookings NOT made through the BIG4 website, our website or direct by phone, we do not provide a cancellation or refund.
Peak & Non-Peak Periods
- Peak Periods are taken as the Qld September School Holidays, Qld Christmas School Holidays, Qld Easter School Holidays
- We reserve right to enforce minimum stays for peak and busy periods.
These conditions are valid for all bookings from the 13 May 2020 and until further notice. Conditions may change without notice and may respond to unforeseen market conditions. We reserve the right to act at our discretion in individual bookings
